The website talks only to the local kir0Qual HQ engine on 127.0.0.1. The engine performs the native H.264 High-profile HQ encode and returns a normal faststart MP4.

PIPELINE

MP4 → local HQ encode → clean MP4 → validate → download

60 FPS sources are encoded as constant-frame-rate 60 FPS when the source is 60 FPS. The old final kir0Method audio/sample-table manipulation is intentionally not applied.
